What to do when you arrive

Your driver will be waiting in the staging area just outside the terminal, about 2 minutes away.

To ensure a seamless pick-up:

1. Turn on your phone after landing and disable airplane mode.

2. Text your driver to confirm you’ve landed.

3. Update your driver when you reach baggage claim.

4. Once you have all your luggage, text the driver and proceed to the pick-up location. The driver will meet you there promptly.

Please ensure your group is together with all luggage, as MCO allows only a 5-minute loading window.

Delays & cancellations

If your flight number changes, please notify us immediately. We never cancel, so as long as you update us with your new details, we’ll adjust accordingly and be there when you arrive.

Airport Arrival Pick-up

  • Reserve your pick-up for your flight’s scheduled arrival time—no need to add extra time for luggage. We’ve got it covered!

  • Providing your flight information in advance is essential to ensure a seamless pick-up experience.

  • Please let us know in advance if you’ll need to clear customs, retrieve a stroller, or make any planned stops (like for coffee). This helps us ensure a smooth experience for you and allows us to stay on schedule for all our clients.

Airport Departure Pick-up

  • Providing your flight information ahead of time helps us ensure your pick-up is scheduled correctly.
  • For your return trip to MCO, schedule pick-up from Disney or Universal Resorts at least 3 hours before your flight’s scheduled departure time to allow ample time for travel and check-in.

Terminal A: Ground Transportation, Level 1, Spot A43

Terminal B: Ground Transportation, Level 1, Spot B40

Terminal C: Ground Transportation, Spaces C270-C271
