Disney Cruise Line (DCL)
Important Information
Disney Cruise Line uses two terminals at Port Canaveral: Terminal 8 and Terminal 10, depending on the ship.
To ensure a smooth pick-up, confirm the ship name with your driver in advance and maintain communication during disembarkation.
Additionally, check in with your driver the day before your return to confirm your breakfast seating time, so we can adjust your pick-up time accordingly.

To ensure a seamless pick-up:
1. After you’re finished with breakfast, text the Driver when you are in line for customs.
2. Text the driver when you are clear from customs and are walking to the exit.
3. Meet the driver at the spot number assigned.
Please ensure your group is together with all luggage, as Port Authority allows only a 5-minute loading window.
Transfers to Disney Cruise Line
- If you are leaving from a Disney or Universal resort, schedule your pick-up time for 75-90 minutes before your assigned Port Arrival Time (PAT).
- If leaving from an MCO area hotel, schedule your pick-up for 45-60 minutes before your PAT.
- If you do not have a PAT assigned when making your reservation you can use 11:00 am as a general pick-up time.
- Let us know when you have your PAT assigned and we can adjust your pick-up time accordingly.
Transfers From disney cruise line
- The latest pick-up time from the port is 9:30 am. Unless there are special circumstances, DCL requires all passengers to be off the ship by 9:30 am.
- Disembarkation is usually quick, and most guests are outside and ready at the pick-up location about 30 minutes after finishing their breakfast.
- Schedule your pick-up for 8:30 AM, and once you have your breakfast time confirmed, let us know to adjust as needed.
- Catching an 11:00 AM flight from MCO? If you do express walk-off and can be outside by 7:30-8:00 am it’s not a problem!
DCL Pick-up Locations
• Terminal 8: Numbers 3 through 6 only.
• Terminal 10: Any numbered spot available along the pick-up lane or at the far end of the terminal.

Royal Caribbean Cruise Line (RCCL)

Royal Caribbean Cruise Line uses several terminals at Port Canaveral. Most often it will be in terminal 1 or 5.
